Vivi is an AI-powered application that animates still photographs, creating short video clips from static images. The App uses artificial intelligence and deep learning technologies to generate realistic motion effects applied to user-provided photos.

You retain ownership of all photos and images you upload to the App ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Vivi a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the animation service.

The App, including its design, code, AI models, trademarks, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Vivi and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the Vivi brand, logo, or proprietary technology beyond normal use of the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vivi and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
